1. Key Things About Your GetCredits Membership

Membership: Membership is continuous and automatically renews every 12 months. Your renewal date is displayed in your account. During any free trial period, you can cancel anytime before the trial ends through your "My Account" section or by contacting us. GetCredits cannot be held responsible if access to any Deal, Offer, or Perk is denied by a Partner because eligibility conditions aren’t met. By accepting these terms, you agree to proceed with the service.

Certain businesses or SaaS deals may have exclusions and retain the right to refuse the offer. Personal data is used per our privacy policy, which you should review carefully.

2. Introduction

By joining GetCredits as a member, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. We will use your personal data per the privacy policy to manage your membership. We may amend these terms at any time, and the changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use of the services implies acceptance of updated terms.

By signing up, whether for a membership, free trial, competition, or newsletter, you consent to receive communications from us with an option to unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

3. Information About Us

GetCredits is operated by GetCredits Inc., registered as a C corporation in Delaware, USA.

4. Your Status

By joining as a member and purchasing a membership, you confirm you are at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

5. Membership Contract

Your contract with us is formed once you accept the terms of membership, agreeing to proceed with the service.

6. Membership Term

Membership is continuous, with automatic renewals at the end of each term. Your renewal date appears in the ‘Subscriptions’ tab. If you choose not to renew, you may cancel your membership anytime. Notify us if your contact information changes, including your email address.

7. Consumer Rights

You have a 14-day cooling-off period after your payment, during which you can cancel for a full refund if no deals were redeemed. To cancel, contact us within this period. A confirmation email will be sent upon cancellation.

Beyond the cooling-off period, cancellations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by law.

8. Price and Payment

Membership prices include applicable taxes and are displayed on our site. Prices may change but won’t affect your current term. Payment methods include debit or credit cards.

9. Participating Businesses

Each participating business has specific terms for discounts or deals available to GetCredits members. Please refer to individual business pages for conditions. Deals are valid only for active members and may not combine with other offers.

Memberships are non-transferable and intended for use by the registered member only. Misuse may result in membership cancellation. Participating businesses reserve the right to withdraw or change offers at any time.

10. Liability

GetCredits’ liability is limited to the membership fee. We are not liable for indirect losses such as income or profit loss resulting from service issues. This limitation does not apply to liabilities that cannot be legally excluded, including personal injury caused by negligence.

GetCredits is not responsible for experiences at participating businesses. Issues with products or services are the responsibility of the relevant business.

11. Written Communications

Communications with us will primarily be electronic, via email or notices on our website, which you agree to by using our services. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

12. Notices and General Terms

Notices to GetCredits must be sent via email. Failure to enforce any term will not constitute a waiver of our rights. If a provision is deemed invalid, the rest remain effective.

Third parties have no rights under these terms. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GetCredits, superseding prior understandings.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Delaware law, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delaware courts.

14. Paid Plan Subscriptions

GetCredits members may opt for paid subscription plans, subject to these terms.
